Process: • Pre-engagement virtual meeting with key stakeholder/s to understand the business, team, or department and explain the details of the assessment process. • Employees and key members will be provided a comprehensive yet short, validated assessment instrument to gather quantitative information about the current and desired culture. • The researcher will conduct short individual virtual interviews with various members to gather qualitative information to identify current and desired culture gaps. • The researcher will analyze the data collected, calculate results, and conduct research to address the gaps in the culture.
