In this inspirational course, you will learn to be the kind of leader others follow out of admiration, not obligation because of title or position. This class takes an unconventional approach to building character consistency through the design of a self-filtering funnel, leading to conscientious decision-making and fostering trust from those you lead. Who this is for: Everyone- leaders, managers, and individuals seeking to understand the root of leadership. Whether in a leadership position or not, individuals will gain insight into what it means to function in excellence as a trustworthy leader at work or in everyday life. Before you go: •Keep in mind that all courses are scheduled in US Eastern Standard Time, but the calendar should show your specific timezone •This class will be hosted on Zoom and include breakout rooms where you will be interacting with others •Make sure your zoom account name matches your registration name, as it will be used to allow access into the Zoom room •There will be an optional 15 minute Q&A at the end of the class •Due to limited seating in the class, all ticket purchases are final •The class recording will not be distributed
